BHRUT maternity department is looking to recruit an enthusiastic Deputy Matron for Antenatal Clinics and In-Patient
Wards . This post holder will provide midwifery clinical input and provide level leadership to the maternity. This role
requires a highly motivated individual, able to demonstrate leadership and problem-solving skills working closely with
the multi-disciplinary team, specialty Matrons, Head of Midwifery (HOM) and Lead Nurse for Women’s Health and the
Director of Midwifery and Divisional Director of Nursing for Women’s Heath (DOM).
