About the Role
To deputise for the Nursing Professional Lead as required As a member of the wider clinical division management
structure provide strong, clear visionary leadership through team working to ensure effective operational management and
delivery of nursing services. To work closely with the divisional clinical operational leads to ensure that the
Professional voice of Nursing is clearly articulated in all operational and service transformation matters Under the
direction of the Nursing Professional Lead, lead and participate in Trust quality walks and assurance visits to enable
the division to have clear oversight of compliance with all domains of the Care Quality Commission (CQC) regulatory
