About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a visible, compassionate leader who is passionate about delivering high-quality care

for our older patients and those recovering from stroke.

In this role, you will provide strong clinical and professional leadership to our nursing teams, ensuring excellent

standards of care, patient experience, and staff wellbeing. You will support the delivery of the Nursing and Midwifery

Strategy, lead on quality and performance improvement, and ensure effective governance across the service. You will also

have responsibility for line managing nursing staff within your area.
