About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and innovative GP Practice Manager to join our unique Practice. The Practice provides

enhanced primary care to the residents of the Care Homes across the borough (c.1300 patients). The Practice has a

multi-disciplinary team that includes, Administrators, Pharmacists, GPs, Practice Nurses, Advanced Assessors and Support

Workers.

The Practice is a key service within Ealing Community Partners (ECP) and works closely with other ECP services to ensure

that the patients receive safe and responsive clinical care and treatment.
