About the Role

The RTT Service Manager is the Trust’s senior operational lead for the delivery of all 18-week Referral-to-Treatment

(RTT) standards and associated elective access performance. The post holder is responsible for ensuring accurate,

consistent and compliant RTT pathway management across all specialties, supported by high-quality data, robust

governance arrangements and effective operational coordination.

Working in close partnership with clinical leads, divisional teams, outpatient services, booking teams and corporate

performance functions, the RTT Service Manager provides expert oversight, assurance and specialist advice on RTT
