About the Role
Management To be part of the Divisional senior management team attending, contributing and undertaking specific tasks
allocated To have overall accountability and responsibility for the provision of a high quality support services within
the Division To have overall responsibility for the workforce plan, recruitment and retention of all bands of
Nursing/AHP/DCP staff across the division, ensuring their on-going professional development. To lead the teams in
setting standards of performance and practice taking into account the requirements of the Trust and external performance
targets. To develop and compile a yearly professional AHP/DCP plan. To participate within the senior divisional on call
