About the Role
The Matron role is a senior nursing/midwifery role providing leadership and direction to nursing/midwifery staff within
a designated service line across Queen’s and King George Hospitals, and other satellite sites.
You will work in a service line triumvirate with the Clinical Lead and the
Service Manager, with a particular focus on day-to-day management of
nursing/midwifery services across their areas of responsibility. You will be
responsible for ensuring provision of high quality, safe, well-governed, productive and cost- effective services which
