About the Role
The post holder is responsible for the assessment of care needs and the development, implementation and evaluation of
programmes of care with the multidisciplinary team and patients families. The chief responsibility of the post holder
will be to assess, plan, implement andevaluate nursing care and to act as a named nurse under the supervision of a
senior team leader. As part of the Accident and Emergency Nursing Team, in the event of a major incident being declared,
it is expected that the post holder will support and respond as requested by the department.
