About the Role

Clinical responsibilities: Autonomously assess, differentially diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate individual

treatment plans, interventions, and care packages for patients, ensuring safe and appropriate management, timely

referrals, and safety netting as required. Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team (MDT) to expedite safe and timely

triage consultations, interventions, and reviews. Prescribe independently (where legally permitted), review medication

for therapeutic effectiveness, and ensure treatment is tailored to patient needs, adhering to contraindications, drug

interactions, evidence-based practice, national and practice protocols, and within scope of practice to optimize
