About the Role

As a senior practitioner, leader, and source of expert advice to clinicians, allied health care professionals, patients

and their carers, the post holder will support the Head of Healthcare to ensure the effective day-to-day operational

management of the primary care team.

The post holder will provide quality primary care interventions to patients, will demonstrate the ability to lead and

empower others and demonstrate the ability to plan and implement innovative practice. As an expert practitioner, the

post holder will lead an integrated prison health care service and support the development of specialist practice-based
