About the Role

• The post holder will work as part of the multi-professional team to provide a safe, cost effective, efficient care

environment for patients, relatives and carers. They will be expected to function clinically and professionally within

the Theatres Department and other associated areas as required.

• They will be actively involved in the day-to-day supervision to new/less-experienced staff, healthcare support

workers, university students (Nurses/ ODP’s).

• They will also act as a practice supervisor and assessor and continue their own personal and professional development
