About the Role
Plan ahead in anticipating that equipment, instrumentation and consumables needed are available and present in your area
to assist in the smooth efficient running of anaesthetic, operating and recovery time. Ensure adequate stock levels are
maintained for your area of work including controlled drugs, fluids, equipment, consumables and monitoring and
replenishing when required. Ensure that accurate and timely patient records are maintained. To monitor theatre
cleanliness within your clinical area and take action to remedy any variance from the specified standard. To exercise
responsibility for the cleanliness care maintenance, and use of routine and specialist equipment within the department
