About the Role
Central London Community Healthcare are curretly seeking a Bank Band 6 Specialist nurse for bladder band bowel
The post holder will be responsible for the assessment, implementation, evaluation and delivery of care needs to
patients with continence in their own homes, care home and clinic settings
• Autonomously assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care
• Provide skilled continence care to patients in a variety of community and Clinical settings
• Possess a good working knowledge of catheter related care.
