Responsibilities

• Support the head chef in meal planning and preparation.
• Prepare balanced meals catering to dietary requirements.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen.
• Collaborate with care teams for enjoyable meal experiences.
• Deputize for the head chef during absences.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a chef in a care environment.
• Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
• NVQ level 2 qualification in food preparation/cooking.
• Basic Food Hygiene certificate.
• Ability to work under pressure and multitask.
