computer system. To deal with patients in person and on the telephone in a polite and courteous manner. To adhere to
confidentiality and data protection policies. To deal with enquires by General Practitioners and other external
stakeholders. To liaise in person and by phone or email with all levels of medical, clerical and nursing staff and to
