Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and emotional support to service users.
- Assist with meals, hygiene, mobility, and daily activities.
- Follow care plans and maintain accurate records.
- Support medication administration if trained and required.
- Promote dignity, independence, and wellbeing.
- Report any concerns to senior staff promptly.
Requirements
- Minimum 6 months experience in a care, hospital, or domiciliary setting preferred.
- Care Certificate or willingness to complete mandatory training.
- Reliable, compassionate, and professional attitude.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including nights and weekends.
- Right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship not available for bank roles).
- Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply.

Compensation
