Responsibilities

  • Provide personal care and emotional support to service users.
  • Assist with meals, hygiene, mobility, and daily activities.
  • Follow care plans and maintain accurate records.
  • Support medication administration if trained and required.
  • Promote dignity, independence, and wellbeing.
  • Report any concerns to senior staff promptly.

Requirements

  • Minimum 6 months experience in a care, hospital, or domiciliary setting preferred.
  • Care Certificate or willingness to complete mandatory training.
  • Reliable, compassionate, and professional attitude.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.
  • Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including nights and weekends.
  • Right to work in the UK (visa sponsorship not available for bank roles).
  • Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to apply.

Compensation
