About the Role

1. Patient Supervision & Safety Maintain constant visual and physical proximity to the assigned patient. Monitor for

signs of distress, agitation, or risk behaviors (e.g., self-harm, aggression, absconding). Intervene promptly and

appropriately to prevent harm or escalation. 2. Escort Duties Safely escort the patient to and from clinical areas,

diagnostic appointments, or outdoor spaces. Ensure secure transitions between departments while maintaining dignity and

privacy. 3. Incident Response Act as first responder to behavioral incidents involving the patient. Support clinical

staff in managing challenging behavior using approved de-escalation and restraint techniques if necessary. Complete
