Cygnet Group are looking for a confident and compassionate Bank Learning Disabilities Support Worker with at least 12

months’ experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities to join our team at Marion House & Conifers.

This flexible bank contract allows you to pick up 12‑hour shifts around your weekly availability — including day shifts

(7:45 am–8 pm) and night shifts (7:45 pm–8 am) — giving you the freedom to work in a way that suits your lifestyle.
