About the Role
To provide a high-quality specialist Clinical Pharmacy Service across a range of inpatient settings in the Community
Hospitals (Rehabilitation Units, Interim Care Beds, Palliative Care, Discharge to Assess wards). To provide professional
expertise, advice, support and training to health care professionals and patients within the Trust.
This role is required to cover Bedded Services in Hertfordshire and North London
Sites include:
St Peters, Hemel Hempstead Hospital. HP2 4AD
