About the Role

Responsibilities

• Produce outstanding written reports based on nursing assessments.
• Collaborate with management to develop and improve services.
• Engage in continuous professional development and training.
• Ensure individual care plans are maintained with stakeholders.
• Administer medications following healthcare guidelines.

Requirements

• Current RMN/RNLD Pin Number and relevant experience.
• Ability to maintain documentation and demonstrate integrity.
• Understanding of the latest nursing practices.
• Commitment to patient recovery and risk management.
• Compassion and resilience in supporting service users.
