About the Role
The Cellular Pathology department at Calderdale Royal Hospital is seeking to recruit a Bank Mortuary Assistant.
The post holder will act primarily as Mortuary Assistant but will also act as a Biomedical Support Worker in the
cellular pathology laboratory when required. They will assist with the day to day provision of a high quality service in
both sites (HRI & CRH).
To assist in the provision of the cellular pathology and mortuary service for the trusts hospitals and CCGs.
The role will also involve liaising with a range of people such as pathology staff, funeral directors and relatives of
