About the Role
Central Londyn Community Healthcare are seeking a Bank Nurse Practitioner
The post holder will work autonomously and in collaboration with other health care professionals, statutory and
voluntary agencies, and the Integrated Locality Teams (planned care) to deliver excellent standards of patient care for
patients requiring support in unplanned care.
