About the Role
Title: Bank Nursing Assistant Hours of Work: Band 2 Pt 2 Responsible to: Inpatient Unit Manager Accountable to Director
of Clinical Services Minimal qualifications NVQ Level 2 preferred Aim: To assist trained nursing staff in the delivery
of high standards of care in accordance with the policies and procedures in place at Springhill Hospice and within the
Nursing team. Main responsibilities Ward Duties: 1.1 To work as a member of the nursing team assisting nurses to provide
a high standard of care to patients, both on the inpatient unit and within the patients own home. 1.2 Assist in general
