About the Role

• As a Patient Services Assistant you will be responsible for working with the ward/dept. team to develop and maintain

the patient environment by:

• The day-to-day upkeep of the cleanliness in specific area as set out in the cleaning schedule.

• These areas may include ward areas, clinical areas, hospital corridors and associated areas across the Basildon &

Thurrock Hospital sites.

• Providing a helpful and courteous beverage and meal service to meet the needs of the patients and all service users
