About the Role
To carry out assessments and treatments of podiatry patients in a range of settings: clinics, nursing homes and in the
patients home. Moderate physical effort is involved in the clinical setting, but a high level of physical effort and
risk assessment is required for nursing homes and in the patients home, as these more challenging environments are not
designed for clinical care To have highly developed physical skills, dexterity, precision hand/eye coordination
requiring frequent and intense periods of prolonged concentration and dexterity. For example: Debridement of
callous/corns/foot ulcers, which may require debridement at acute angles, e.g. client with limited mobility who is
