About the Role

The candidate we are looking for will:

Support the individual with their own choices and help them to lead a meaningful life as per their wishes.

Act as a Key worker and understand that ‘working together works best for a number of service users ensuring that the

team always works in the best interests of the individual and encouraging positive behaviours across the team.

Ensure the individuals needs are met to maintain health and well being, physically, mentally, and emotionally. Advocate

on behalf of the individual and ensure no decision is made without them.
