About the Role

Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet visitors professionally.
- Manage the visitors’ book and identity checks.
- Answer phone calls and redirect as needed.
- Handle emails, faxes, and office duties.
- Organize staff lunch rotas and manage post.
Requirements
- IT literate, proficient in MS Office.
- Previous switchboard experience preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Professional telephone manner is essential.
- Experience with client complaints is a bonus.
