About the Role

We are looking for a dedicated Bank Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN/RNLD) to join our team at Cygnet Alders. This role involves providing exceptional care to females with personality disorders in a rehabilitation setting. You will collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team to enhance patient recovery and support their transition to community living.

Responsibilities

• Produce outstanding written reports based on nursing assessments.
• Collaborate with management to develop and improve service quality.
• Engage in continuous professional development and training.
• Ensure individual care plans are maintained under NMC guidelines.
• Administer medications following healthcare procedures.

Requirements

• Current RMN/RNLD Pin Number and experience in mental health.
• Strong understanding of modern nursing practices.
• Commitment to patient recovery and risk management.
• Compassionate and resilient with a focus on service user independence.
• Ability to maintain documentation and undertake audits.
