About the Role

Deliver safe and effective nursing care in accordance with Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC) Code of Conduct. Assess

patient needs and provide individualised care Monitor patient condition pre-operative and post-operative, recognising

and responding to complications. Administer medications and treatments in accordance with hospital policies and NMC

guidelines. Ensure compliance with infection prevention and control standards. Participate in clinical audits,

governance and quality improvement initiatives. Provide clear information and reassurance to patients and families.
