About the Role
The Cedar Foundation is hiring a Bank Support Worker to provide essential care and support to adults with learning disabilities. This role involves assisting service users in daily activities and promoting their inclusion in community life. Flexibility is required, including availability for unsociable hours and public holidays.
Responsibilities
- Assist service users with daily living activities.
- Facilitate inclusion in various activities.
- Support personal care and identified needs.
- Work collaboratively within a team.
- Maintain effective communication with service users.
Requirements
- Minimum of 6 months caring experience.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Interest in working in a care environment.
- Awareness of needs of individuals with disabilities.
