Shear Meadow is a community residential home providing outcome focused care for adults with learning disabilities, who

may have behaviours that challenge and associated complex needs.

We are currently recruiting for Bank Support Workers who are looking for flexibility and can work 12hrs shifts as and

when required to provide cover for annual leave, sickness, training, etc.
