About the Role
We are currently seeking to recruit a friendly, reliable, and trustworthy Support Worker to work alongside a care team
and case manager in supporting a gentleman in his 40s who has sustained a brain injury, within his own home.
As a result of his injuries, he experiences some physical difficulties and requires mobility support. He uses a rollator
to assist with walking short distances, and a manual wheelchair when walking longer distances or on uneven terrain.
He enjoys spending time at the gym, shopping for healthy foods, and browsing online shopping. He also values sensory
activities and community involvement.
