About the Role

Work as part of theatre team to assist or circulate for surgical procedures. Work competently in a variety of

specialities for Paediatric and adult patients. To practice in accordance with the NMC / HCPC Code of Professional

Conduct and Trust policies and procedures. Work within the Operating Theatre and Out of Department areas undertaking

competencies as required. To be an effective team member. Promote interdisciplinary working, with outcomes aimed at the

best interests of patients and cohesive service delivery. Train more junior staff and take part in the induction and

orientation of new staff following appropriate training. Participate in clinical supervision/appraisals/audits. Take
