  About the Role
The Behaviour Support Worker will work in Chesterfield, supporting pupils with special educational needs in a pupil referral unit. This full-time role involves engaging with children aged 5 to 11, helping them overcome challenges related to ODD, ADHD, EBD, and Dyslexia.
Responsibilities
- Support pupils in a classroom and group settings.
- Engage with children exhibiting challenging behaviors.
- Collaborate with teachers to implement learning activities.
- Assist in developing social and emotional skills.
- Monitor and report on pupil progress.
Requirements
- Experience with primary or secondary school-aged children.
- Knowledge of working with pupils with SEND.
- Ability to work effectively in a team.
- Basic Maths and English skills.
- Driving license and business insurance required.

Compensation
Salary ranges from £500 to £525 per week, depending on experience and qualifications.
Location & Schedule
This is a full-time position based in Chesterfield, working Monday to Friday.
