Learning Support AssistantCollis Primary School is looking for a full-time Behaviour and Pastoral Support Mentor to

start in Summer Term 2026.

We are seeking to appoint a skilled and compassionate Behaviour and Pastoral Support Support Mentor to enhance our

support for pupils across the school. This role focuses on helping children to manage their emotions, develop positive

behaviours, and fully access learning, ensuring a calm and purposeful environment from EYFS through to Year 6. The

successful candidate will work flexibly across classes and phases, providing timely support to pupils and staff. They
