to appoint a Behaviour Mentor / SEN & SEMH Teaching Assistant. This is an exciting opportunity to join a newly created
specialist unit within the school, designed to support pupils who are struggling particularly with challenging
behaviour. The aim of the unit is to provide early, targeted intervention and prevent permanent exclusions, helping
children to re-engage positively with learning. You will play a vital role in supporting pupils with SEMH needs,
