About the Role
A specialist SEMH school in Watford is looking for a confident Behaviour Mentor to support pupils who benefit from
structure, routine and consistent adult support. The school supports boys who may struggle in mainstream education and
require additional support with social, emotional and mental health needs (SEMH), behaviour regulation and engagement
with learning. The successful Behaviour Mentor will work closely with teachers and pastoral staff helping pupils remain
engaged during lessons while maintaining clear expectations in the classroom. In settings like this, the Behaviour
Mentor often becomes the key adult in the room. Students respond best to adults who remain calm, communicate clearly and
