Behaviour Support & Pastoral Role – Bradford – Full-Time

Location: Bradford, West Yorkshire

We are seeking a highly capable, confident, and emotionally intelligent Behaviour Support Specialist to work within a

dynamic and supportive secondary school in Bradford. This is not supervision — but intervention. If you are an

experienced behaviour support worker with effective crisis de-escalation and student mentoring, this is your chance to

play a pivotal role in a child's ability to re-engage with learning and succeed.
