Behaviour Support Assistant
About the Role
Alternative Provisions supports students who have found mainstream education challenging. They provide a nurturing,
personalised learning environment that helps young people re-engage with education, build confidence, and develop
positive behaviour strategies that will serve them for life. As a Behaviour Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in
supporting our students both in and out of the classroom. You’ll work closely with teaching staff, pastoral teams, and
external agencies to promote positive behaviour, manage challenging situations calmly, and help students reach their
