Behaviour Support Worker
About the Role
You will support the Positive Behaviour Lead and wider Inclusion Team to implement effective behaviour strategies and pastoral care. Your work will include monitoring behavioural trends, making positive interventions, and encouraging engagement through reward schemes and celebrations.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze behavioural trends.
- Implement individualised behaviour plans.
- Collaborate with teachers and therapists.
- Encourage student engagement through rewards.
- Create a positive school environment.
Requirements
- GCSEs in English and Maths (Grade C/Level 4 or above).
- Full UK Driving Licence.
- Experience with autistic spectrum disorders.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team.

Compensation
The salary for this role is £25,000 per annum, with the opportunity to work a 4-Day Working Week while receiving full-time pay.
Location & Schedule
This position is based at Ryecroft School in Walsall, West Midlands, working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
