Behaviour Support Worker
About the Role
Academics, a leading education recruitment agency are currently supporting an OFSTED "Good" rated primary school in
Batley who require a Behaviour and Social Inclusion Worker to start as soon as possible. This is a rare opportunity to
work with children who may have strugglewith SEMH and the role will be centred around the well-being and development of
primary-aged children. The school are specifically looking for someone who is committed to developing a team approach,
working with parents, teachers, support staff and the wider community.
You should have an enthusiastic and passionate approach to the development of children and other staff where appropriate
