About the Role
A SEMH specialist secondary school in Havant is seeking calm, resilient and relationship‑focused Behaviour Support
Workers to support secondary‑aged pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. The provision supports
young people who may have experienced disrupted education, trauma, anxiety, or challenges engaging in mainstream school,
offering a structured and nurturing environment where they can rebuild confidence and re‑engage with learning. This is a
full‑time, permanent position, ideal for someone passionate about helping teenagers develop emotional resilience,
positive behaviour strategies, and a sense of belonging through trust, consistency, and trauma‑informed practice. Key
