About the Role

Within this role, you will build trusting relationships with children, young people, and their families, delivering

structured support plans tailored to each individuals needs. You will work closely with clinicians and support

colleagues to ensure a joined-up, consistent approach, contributing to assessments and interventions under the guidance

of our Clinical Lead. You will promote positive behaviour, emotional resilience, and personal development in young

people, while maintaining accurate and professional records using digital tools and systems. This is a varied and

rewarding position, ideal for someone with confidence in working independently whilst also valuing team collaboration.
