About the Role
About the Role Youll be part of an experienced and supportive team delivering personalised, one-to-one support to
children and young people across a variety of settings: at home, in schools, and within the community. Our clients may
be experiencing a range of needs, including suspected or diagnosed neurodiversity, mental health challenges, trauma, and
behaviours considered complex or high-risk. In this role, you will: Build trusting relationships with children, young
people, and their families. Deliver structured support plans tailored to each individuals needs. Work closely with
clinicians and support colleagues to ensure a joined-up, consistent approach. Contribute to assessments and
