Behaviour Support Worker (Full‑Time) – Secondary Pupil Referral Unit - Bristol Make a real difference where it matters
most. Teaching Personnel is seeking a committed and resilient Behaviour Support Worker to join a Secondary PRU within
the Bristol area supporting pupils who have experienced exclusions or are at risk of exclusion, and who may present with
SEMH needs such as emotional dysregulation, trauma and Adverse Childhood experiences (ACEs), attachment and trust
difficulties, low self‑esteem, anxiety/depression, challenging behaviour, social communication needs, school refusal/low
attendance, and complex safeguarding backgrounds. If you build trust quickly, stay calm under pressure, and believe
