ABOUT THE ROLE
We are seeking to appoint a dedicated and compassionate Behaviour Support Worker (TA4 BGS) to take a lead role in
supporting pupils with Additional Learning Needs, Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs and Behavioural,
Emotional and Social Difficulties (BESD). The successful candidate will join our Additional Learning Needs (ALN) team
for 32.5 hours a week, during term time, on a year’s contract initially.
