About the Role
JOB DESCRIPTION
Support the Department (Dept.) Sister/Charge Nurse in his/her general management function and in the co-ordination of a
high quality service to patients and relatives Support the Dept. Sister/Charge Nurse, in the development of all aspects
of nursing within the Clinic setting through the professional development of nursing staff, the implementation of
evidence based practice and clinical audit. Function as the principal support to the Dept. Sister/Charge Nurse who has
