About the Role
JOB DESCRIPTION
The post holder will be expected to work across primary and secondary care sites as an expert in this clinical field
under the direction of the Band 7 Specialist Nurse, to deliver specialist clinical diabetes services to patients and
their families/carers for both inpatient care and outpatient care, will contribute to the strategic working and will be
required to influence the development of the service both locally and regionally.
