About the Role
JOB DESCRIPTION
The post holder, upon direction from the bank manager, will be responsible for facilitating education and development
within the bank service, initially for nursing and midwifery teams and for other staff groups with the Belfast Trust as
the service expands. They will collaborate with key individuals, including clinical educators, nursing development
leads, ward sisters / charge nurses and human resources vocational learning team. The post holder will play a key role
in supporting and facilitating learning, focused on enabling staff to work in a person-centered approach. They will
