JOB DESCRIPTION

Royal Jubilee Maternity Hospital RJMS. This is a role focused on overseeing clinical governance, risk management, and

patient safety processes. Key duties include, monitoring standards, managing patient safety incidents, promoting a just

culture for learning from events, and ensuring care is evidence-based and compliant with regional and national

guidelines. The post holder will be responsible for co-ordinating the clinical risk review system including all aspects

of management of the Datix reporting system. The post holder will have a supporting role for the management of quality
