About the Role

We are seeking passionate individuals to join our Blairgowrie Support Worker team, focusing on young people transitioning into adulthood. You will provide essential social, emotional, and practical support to help them achieve their goals, including college assistance and life skills development. Full-time and part-time positions are available, including sleepover shifts.

Responsibilities

• Support vulnerable individuals in a team environment.
• Communicate effectively to provide individual care.
• Encourage and provide feedback during activities.
• Maintain accurate records using a tablet.
• Assist with life skills and tenancy support.

Requirements

• No previous experience required; training provided.
• Passion for supporting young people.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including sleepovers.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt.

Compensation

Earn up to £24,307.67 per year pro rata, with additional payments for sleepover shifts at £100.80 each.
